Doesn't come with tags as it is handmade, but it is brand new! Front fabric is cotton and the back fabric is made of fuzzy flannel. Approx 40"x70" and 12 lbs. My blankets are tailored to your body so you aren't paying for a lot of fabric and weight that you aren't using. These are great for anxiety, Asperger's, autism, sensory issues, Alzheimer's, and chemo patients to name a few! Shipping is on me!
